  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, the delivery location, or your local carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If this happens, you may receive multiple shipments and separate tracking numbers.
