To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the purchase

Not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
